Hi everyone. My name is Astrid Ysidro. I received my certification as a Medical Assistant at Astrodome Career Centers. After completing my academic coursework, I did my externship at Pina’s Cosmetic Surgery Center, where I gained clinical knowledge and patient care experience. Currently, I am working on getting my Associates Degree at San Jacinto College where I will hopefully become a Registered Nurse. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my three kids and husband.

Hi y’all. My Name is Jessica Hinojosa or Jess for short. I’ve been with Houston Cancer Treatment Centers for 1 year, as a Front Desk Specialist . It’s been a pleasure meeting all the wonderful patients we see on a daily. I’ve been in the Medical Field for 9 years. 7 of those years I worked at major hospitals in the Houston area as a Health Unit Coordinator. I’m a mom of three. I was born and raised in Waukegan. Illinois. Lived here in Houston for 10 years. Looking forward to assisting you with any of your needs here at Houston Cancer Treatment Centers.

My name is Jenny Zepeda, I am a registered medical assistant and a current student at San Jacinto Community College. I studied to become a medical assistant at San Jacinto Community College throughout high school and received my certificate through American Medical Technologist. I finished my clinical externship at Texas Children’s Pediatrics Clinic and also worked as a personal assistant for JLG Welding and Fabrication. I love to pass my free time reading and being around family and friends. For as long as I could remember I have wanted to work in the medical field, and I hope that I can continue to do what I love and help as many people as I possibly can.
